Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations by the customer (general schedule)

Unless the tour page or booking conditions state otherwise:

• More than 72 hours before the tour start time: 100% refund.
• From 72 hours up to and including 24 hours before the start time: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before the start time: no refund.
• No-shows and late arrivals are not refunded.

2. Tour-specific exceptions

• Private Alhambra tour (Granada): non-refundable if cancelled by the customer.
• Any other exception is shown on the relevant tour page and in the booking conditions before payment.

3. Cancellations by Yannat Travel

If we cancel a tour for any reason, you receive a 100% refund or, if you prefer, can reschedule at no extra cost.

4. Weather

Tours are not automatically cancelled because of ordinary weather such as rain, heat, cold or wind.

Where conditions make a tour unsafe — for example dangerous storms, hazardous roads, wildfires or other natural disasters, or official emergencies — we may change or cancel the tour. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or rescheduling.

5. Bookings through travel agencies or online platforms

If you booked through an online travel agency, platform or travel agent, the cancellation conditions provided by that channel at purchase apply. Please request any cancellation through that same channel.

6. How to cancel and your rights

For direct bookings, write to infoyannat@gmail.com with your booking details. This policy does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
