Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is:
- Legal entity: ALMERAYA TOURS AND TRAVEL (operating under the brand Yannat Travel)
- NIF: B24902175
- Registered address: Calle Noria 18, 04003 Almería, Almería, Spain
- Legal and privacy contact: info@yannat.com
- Tour enquiries: infoyannat@gmail.com
- Telephone: +34 625 528 681
For any privacy matter or to exercise your rights, write to info@yannat.com.
2. What data we use
- Enquiry data: when you write to us or use a form on this website, your name, email address, message and, if you choose to give it, your phone number, plus any travel details you include.
- Booking data: where you book with us, the details needed to arrange and deliver the service (for example dates, participants, meeting point and transaction details). Payments are handled by the booking or payment provider.
- Technical data: information your browser sends automatically when you visit the website (such as IP address, device and browser type), as processed by our hosting and booking tools.
Please do not send us sensitive data you do not need to share. If you tell us about a medical condition or accessibility need so we can adapt a tour, we use it only for that purpose.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal or quote at your request (steps taken at your request before a contract).
- To arrange and deliver the tours and services you book (performance of a contract).
- To meet our legal obligations, for example accounting and tax requirements (legal obligation).
- To keep the website working and secure (our legitimate interest).
- Marketing: we only send marketing communications if you give separate, specific consent. Sending an enquiry does not mean you agree to marketing, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. Booking data is kept for as long as needed to deliver the service and then for the periods required by applicable law (for example tax, accounting or limitation periods). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
5. Who may receive your data
We do not sell your data or share it with unrelated third parties. Service providers may access data only as needed to provide their services to us, for example:
- Website hosting and infrastructure (the website is built and hosted with Lovable).
- Email services (we use Google email services to receive and answer messages).
- Online booking (Bókun provides the booking widget and processes bookings made through it, together with its payment providers).
- Guides, drivers or local partners who deliver part of your booked service, only with the data they need.
We may also disclose data where required by law, for example to public authorities.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, it takes place under the provider's terms and the safeguards required by applicable data protection law.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.
Send your request to info@yannat.com. We do not routinely ask for a copy of your ID; we may ask for additional information only when needed to confirm your identity.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): https://www.aepd.es/
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The website may use technical storage needed for it to work. The Bókun booking widget and other third-party services embedded in the website, such as fonts, may set their own cookies or receive technical data when they load, under their own policies. If we add non-essential cookies, such as analytics or advertising, we will ask for your consent beforehand where required.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or tools change. The date of the latest update is shown on this page.
