Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. Introduction
These terms apply to tours, experiences and travel-related services booked directly with ALMERAYA TOURS AND TRAVEL, operating as Yannat Travel ("we", "us"). They apply when you make a booking, not simply by browsing the website. Specific conditions shown for each tour and during booking also apply and take precedence where they differ.

2. Booking and payment
- Bookings can be made through this website's booking system, through authorised partners, or directly with us.
- Unless stated otherwise at booking, full payment is required to confirm the booking.
- The price, currency and total amount that apply are those displayed during booking before you pay.
- If you booked through an online travel agency or travel agent, the conditions provided by that channel at purchase apply to your booking.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy, including the specific exceptions disclosed for each tour before payment (for example, the private Alhambra tour is non-refundable).
- Customer cancellations: see the Cancellation Policy and the conditions shown for your tour.
- No-shows and late arrivals are not refunded.
- If we cancel a service, you receive a full refund or, if you prefer, can reschedule at no extra cost.
4. Weather and safety
Tours are not automatically cancelled because of ordinary rain, heat or wind. Where extreme weather or other circumstances make a tour unsafe, we may change or cancel it; in that case we offer a full refund or rescheduling.
5. Your responsibilities
- Follow the reasonable instructions of guides and staff.
- Arrive at the meeting point on time.
- Tell us in advance about any medical condition, mobility need or special requirement relevant to the tour.
- Avoid behaviour that is disruptive, dangerous or illegal.
6. Changes to itineraries
We may make reasonable changes to an itinerary for operational, safety or access reasons (for example, monument access rules). We will tell you about significant changes as early as possible. If a change significantly affects the booked service, you keep the rights the law gives you.
7. Liability
We are responsible for delivering the services you book with due care. We are not responsible for losses caused by your own actions, by third parties unconnected with the service, or by unforeseeable and unavoidable events beyond our control, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. We recommend travel insurance.
8. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of consumer law, including the right to bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence where applicable. We will always try to resolve any disagreement amicably first.
